Jessica Allen serves as the Director of Facility Services and Administration at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority since August 2017, overseeing back-of-house operations and housekeeping services at the Spectrum Center while leading the Facility Operations department and managing event execution. Prior to this role, Jessica Allen held various positions at Live Nation from June 2009 to August 2017, including Project & Contract Manager, Contracts Administrator, Senior Sales Coordinator for Premium Seats, and Premium Seat Sales Intern. Jessica Allen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2006 and 2009.
