Jason Arnold has extensive experience in information technology and security management, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority since 2024. Prior roles at the same organization include Manager of Information Technology (2015-2023) and Director of Security & Risk Management (2007-2014). Previously, Jason held positions as Security Manager at Allied Universal (1997-2007) and Loss Prevention Manager at Boscov's (1992-1997). Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from East Carolina University (2015-2019), an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Technology Integration from Central Piedmont Community College (2012-2014), a certificate from the Senior Executive Symposium in Hospitality Management at Cornell University (2009-2011), and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania (1991-1995).
