David Dillard is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Real Estate Leader for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library since September 2018, David provides comprehensive corporate real estate services for the library system. In addition, David is the Principal at Dillard Real Estate Consulting and has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Asset Management at LRC Properties, LLC, and SVP-Corporate Workplace at Bank of America, where responsibilities included managing a 7.5 million square foot real estate portfolio. David’s early career includes roles such as Director of Office Property Management at Trinity Partners, Director of Property Management at Shorenstein, and Leasing & Property Management at Charter Properties. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Guilford College, attained from 1976 to 1980.
