Sydney Shaw currently serves as Game Operations Manager for the Charlotte Checkers and has held multiple roles within the organization since October 2021. Additionally, Sydney contributes to the Carolina Panthers as Game Day Staff and is part of the Match Day Staff for Charlotte FC. Previous experience includes positions at Split Second Sound, i9 Sports, and Fame All-Stars, where Sydney developed skills in operations, management, coaching, and customer service. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Christopher Newport University, earned in 2020.
