Izabella Noelle Z. has extensive experience in clinical quality and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director at Charlie Health. Previously, Izabella held the position of Chief of Staff at EmblemHealth, where responsibilities included managing clinical innovation and strategy as a Program Manager and serving as a Project Manager. Additional experience includes consulting for COPE Health Solutions and working as a Lead Teaching Assistant at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Notably, Izabella also contributed to global health initiatives as a Mental Health Policy, Planning, & Service Development Consultant for the World Health Organization.
