André S. Lima has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing across various industries. Currently serving as Comprador at Grupo Fleury since August 2022, André manages purchases for technology, IT governance, and marketing, among other areas. As the founder of BR_COMPRADORES, initiated during a period of unemployment in February 2016, André aimed to support professionals in procurement and logistics. André's previous roles include procurement analyst positions at Dock and AXA, leading significant cost savings initiatives, and establishing procurement processes. André has contributed to community engagement through Café com Comprador, and has a strong background in contract management, negotiation, and team development from various roles in organizations such as BNP Paribas Cardif, GetNet Tecnologia, and Bradesco. André holds a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate specialization in Strategic Procurement.
