Mark Shirley has an extensive career in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited since 2015. Prior to this role, Mark was the Principal and Owner of Evelyn Philips, a specialist consultancy in the UK Private Wealth Management sector from 2015 to 2021. Mark's experience includes significant positions in private wealth management, including Executive Director at Sheffield Haworth (1998-2015) and various director roles in Asian Equities at Schroders and Merrill Lynch. Additionally, Mark held the position of Divisional Director at CLSA and began a career in the finance industry with roles at Panmure Gordon and the British Army, where Mark served from 1979 to 1983. Mark's education includes training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and attendance at Marlborough College.
