Alison Hughes, CFA, currently serves as the Head of IMS Proposition and Business Manager for IMS at Charles Stanley since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of Department Manager in Investment Management at Redmayne Bentley LLP from September 2019 to October 2021. Alison's extensive experience in the investment sector includes roles such as Investment Consultant, Assistant Investment Consultant, and Investment Analyst at XPS Pensions Group from January 2013 to August 2019, as well as Senior Performance Analyst at BNY Mellon from April 2010 to December 2012. Earlier in the career, Alison worked as a Performance & Risk Analyst at Portfolio Evaluation Ltd. between May 2009 and April 2010. Alison obtained a BSc in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from the University of Derby in 2009.
