Luke Rotta is an experienced technology operations leader with a strong background in both education and industry. Currently serving as Director of Technology Operations at Charles Schwab, Luke has held significant roles including Advisory Board Member at Seton Hall University and Adjunct Instructor at the University of Chicago, teaching over 100 students. At Chicago Trading Company, Luke led various initiatives such as Head of Testing & Integration Environments, where $2.2 million in operational expenses was saved, and transformed teams as Head of SRE & Observability, overseeing 17 employees. Luke also contributed to the development of two observability platforms in the role of Manager - Trading System Operations and Head of DevOps. Earlier in career, Luke served as Teaching Assistant and Content Editor for Global Alumni. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from DePaul University.
