Sandra Souza is an experienced professional in the fields of customer support, scientific assessment, and education, with a robust background in biology and biotechnology. Since May 2016, Sandra has held various positions at Charles River Laboratories, currently serving as Field Customer Support Manager for Latin America. Prior roles included Sr Client Implementation Specialist and Account Specialist. From May 2013 to April 2016, Sandra worked at REM INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO as a Vendedor Técnico Científico and Assessor Científico, focusing on microbiology product development and customer training.
