Flavia Pease serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Charles River Laboratories since April 2022, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from their previous roles at Johnson & Johnson. At Johnson & Johnson, Flavia held various significant positions, including VP/Group CFO of Medical Devices, where responsibilities included overseeing global finance for the medical device businesses, and Vice President Finance for the North America Pharmaceutical Division, managing finance support for North American operations. Flavia also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, overseeing strategic initiatives and portfolio management, and held finance leadership roles across different sectors of the company, including the supply chain and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Flavia held finance positions at Acclarent, Mentor Worldwide LLC, and LifeScan. Flavia holds a BS in Economics from PUC-Rio and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Santa Clara University.
