Carol Blake, MSHCM, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Quality and Population Health at Charles River Community Health, a position held since August 2023, after previously holding the role of Manager of Clinical Risk, Compliance, and Patient Safety. Carol has extensive experience in nursing and health administration, including a tenure as Director of Nursing at Thundermist Health Center from November 2018 to February 2023. Earlier roles at Charles River Community Health included Triage Nurse, Interim Associate Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, and Patient Educator, facilitating clinical risk management and patient education. Carol's nursing career began at Scallop Shell Nursing Home, followed by positions at Providence Community Health Centers and Comprehensive Community Action Program. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Rhode Island College.
