Melissa Otis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and event management, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Charles River Boat Company since November 2018. With a career at Charles River Boat Company that began in May 2013, Melissa progressed from an Office and Event Assistant to a Cruise and Event Coordinator, and then to a Sales & Event Manager before assuming the director role. Prior to joining Charles River Boat Company, Melissa worked as a Research Assistant at both Beth Israel Hospital and the Brain and Mind Institute. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Boston University in 2013.
