Nathan Woodend has had extensive work experience in the construction industry. Nathan started their career in 1999 at Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where they held various roles including Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Assistant Project Manager. Nathan then worked at Tatro Construction Company as a Project Manager and Superintendent before joining Charles Perry Partners, Inc. as a Project Manager. Nathan later returned to Charles Perry Partners, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. Woodend also worked at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as a Senior Project Manager.

Nathan Woodend completed their Bachelor Degree in Architecture from the University of Florida, from the years 1991 to 1996.
