Mourad Msaadi has been working in the field since 2003, starting as a Chef de rang for Accor. Mourad then worked as an Animateur for Club Med from 2004 to 2006, followed by a Superviseur senior/chef de plateau role at Callson from 2006 to 2012. Mourad then worked as a Responsable operationnel d'activit\u00e9 for 118218 from 2012 to 2017. After that, they were a Chef de projet at Webhelp from 2017 to 2019, and currently holds the role of Set manager at Chari.co - YC S21 - Ecom and Fintech apps for retailers in French-speaking Africa since 2021.

Mourad Msaadi attended ISTHT from 1999 to 2001, studying hotellerie. Mourad also attended Université Moulay Ismail Meknès from 1993 to 1997, studying Science économique.
