Pallavi K. began their work experience in 2013 as a Legal Assistant Intern at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia. Pallavi then worked as Public Relations and Media personnel at The Jane Goodall Institute in 2013, where they assessed the impact of health, education, gender equity, microfinance, and conservation initiatives in villages in the Kigoma region. In 2014, Pallavi joined Orion Consultants as a Consultant until 2015. Pallavi then worked at Owler in the field of Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Pallavi joined Beacon in early 2016 in a Partnerships role, and later that year, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Chargehound, where they automated chargebacks to save time and money.

Pallavi K. attended Downingtown East High School where they earned their high school diploma. Later, they went on to enroll at Dartmouth College to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government and Economics.
