Niek Karsmakers is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder with extensive experience in strategic growth and venture development. Current roles include co-founding Charged Health, which focuses on promoting accessible sustainable health lifestyles, and Aimforthemoon Ventures, an investment and venture-building entity. Niek also co-owns Mooie Boules, fostering connections through play, and previously established Aimforthemoon, a corporate innovation studio. Previous positions include co-founding Nlgroeit and NLevator, alongside a consultancy role at Kirkman Company. Niek holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and is pursuing further education in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Amsterdam.
