Vishal Lakshminarayanan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vishal most recently worked as a Sales Lead at Chargebee since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Sales at Rafiki AI from January 2021 to October 2021. Vishal also held the position of Head of Sales at ABI Health, where they managed the sales team for the South region from August 2018 to June 2020 and then took on the responsibility of heading the overall sales department from June 2020 to December 2020.

Before joining ABI Health, Vishal was the Head of Sales at SMhack - A Simple Social Media Management Tool, where they were responsible for revenue generation and enhancing the customer experience. Vishal worked closely with customers during the product evaluation process and ensured a smooth transition to purchasing. Vishal also identified potential opportunities and followed up to ensure conversions.

Prior to SMhack, Vishal served as a Manager at Radio One from April 2016 to March 2017. Vishal started their career at Freshdesk as a Business Development Manager, responsible for revenue generation and customer experience enhancement from January 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they coordinated between technical points of contact and customers to ensure consistent quality of support during their evaluation period.

Vishal also gained experience as an Account Manager at Radio Mirchi from May 2012 to December 2014 and as a Senior Executive in Sales and Marketing at SportsMechanics India Pvt Ltd from September 2010 to May 2012. Vishal began their professional journey as a Video Analyst at SportsMechanics India Pvt Ltd from September 2007 to August 2008. Overall, Vishal's work experience demonstrates their expertise in sales, customer experience enhancement, and team leadership across various industries.

Vishal Lakshminarayanan attended St Micheals Academy from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained an SSC degree in Computer Science. After completing their SSC, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications at Sathyabama University from 2004 to 2008. Later, in 2009, Vishal attended Chennai Business School and completed a Post Graduate degree in Marketing Communication in 2010.
