Sudharsana T has a diverse work experience with a range of companies. They began their career as an Innovation intern at Instillmotion consulting Pvt Ltd in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Designer at Barclays UK before moving on to freelance service design and research. They also worked as a Design Specialist at Verizon Enterprise Solutions in 2016. In 2017, Sudharsana joined Siemens as a Design Researcher for a brief period. Later the same year, they started working at Chargebee as a UX Researcher. They were then promoted to Lead System Designer in 2019 and subsequently became the Principal System Designer in 2020. Sudharsana's roles involved defining the future of work, organizational transformation, employee experience, process enhancement, organizational change management, and conducting user experience research.

Sudharsana T has a Master of Design degree in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design. Sudharsana attended this institute from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Sudharsana obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Sudharsana completed their undergraduate education at this college from 2007 to 2010.
