Elad Arad has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Elad is currently serving as the VP Global Operation at ChargeAfter since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shina Systems as the VP Business Development & COO from January 2018 to August 2022. Elad also founded ExtraCareUP in October 2014 and served as its Founder until January 2020. Moreover, they held the position of VP, IP Business Unit Manager at Silora R&D from August 2016 to August 2018. Before that, Elad worked at Amdocs as the VP, Head of Ensemble Billing Competency from July 2012 to August 2014. Elad also gained experience at Comverse, where they fulfilled several roles including Associate VP IP Messaging & Mobile-Ad Products from February 2010 to April 2011, Associated VP & GM Solution Management Unit from August 2008 to April 2010, and Director Operation & PS Manager from January 2007 to August 2008. In the early stages of their career, Elad worked at Sakal Brothers Ltd. as the Overseas Sales & Export Manager from January 1994 to February 2001.
