Sam Barnes serves as the Executive Director of Operations - EPC at Charge Enterprises Inc, where responsibilities include overseeing the engineering, design, project management, and construction of nationwide EV Charging Infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Barnes previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Commonwealth Associates, Inc., and has also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Jackson College. Additional roles include Vice President at HDR and Director of Engineering at Cummins & Barnard. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Strategy and Leadership, both from the University of Michigan.
