Anujay Verma is currently working as a Chef De Partie and Line Cook at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since September 2021. Prior to this, Anujay has held various roles in the hospitality industry including being a Patissier at Carnival Cruise Line, a Pastry & Bakery Commi at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon and Hyatt Place, and completing an internship at The Claridges Hotels & Resorts. Anujay is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Fanshawe College, following a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Jagan Institute Of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini).
