Isabel Baca-Tiemann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Char-Broil since August 2020, Isabel previously held positions as a Project Manager and as Lead Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation from 2014 to July 2020, focusing on ventilation and grills. Earlier career roles include FREESTANDING RANGE PLATFORM MANAGER at Whirlpool Corporation and Designer at Maytag. Isabel holds an MBA with concentrations in Management and Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology, a BS in Manufacturing Technology with a major in Mechanical Design from Bradley University, and various certificates in Computer Aided Design and Applied Science from Carl Sandburg College.
