Matthew Chapman is the Founder of ChapmanCG, a HR search company that operates remotely across all continents. Matthew is also the Co-Founder of Ethos BeathChapman, a generalist search firm. Additionally, Chapman is a Board Member for Bawah Reserve, and the Co-Founder of Risk Management Intelligence, an Asia-centric background checking firm. In 2019, they advised the Chief Executive Officer at Will International. In 2023, Chapman became the Custodian and Head of Talent for Parihoa, a global wellbeing company.
