Richard Turner has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Facilities Management at Chapman University since March 2011. In this role, Richard Turner oversees the Director of Property Management, the Director of Construction Services, and University Services. Prior to this position, Richard Turner spent over three decades at the University of Southern California, where responsibilities included serving as the Associate Director of Facilities Management Services from June 1980 to March 2011.
