Alejandra Baudrand Cavagnola is an experienced professional with a background in psychology and mental health, currently serving as a Case Manager at Chapman Partnership since March 2023. Prior to this role, Alejandra worked as Operations and People Manager at Blue Jar Restaurant from May 2019 to February 2023, focusing on staff management, supplier relationships, website enhancement, and customer service. Additional experience includes roles as a Therapist in private practice and Head of Mental Health Program at a Community Mental Health Center, where responsibilities included coordinating team communications and handling patient admissions. Alejandra also held a Human Resources Analyst position at Nestlé, developing an onboarding project for senior-level employees, and completed an internship in Forensic Psychiatry at the Psychiatric Institute Dr. José Horwitz Barak.
