Eric Urmanski is an experienced Real Estate Broker Associate at Chapman Hall Professionals, a position held since June 2015. Previously, Eric served as an Associate Broker at Carrington Real Estate Services from January 2011 to June 2015, and also held the same title at Bottom Line Home Realty Services, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2011. With 15 years in the real estate industry, Eric has focused on REO and HUD properties and successfully opened a branch office in Hall County to enhance operations and service in northeast metro Atlanta. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University, completed in 1993.
