Calciu Sorin is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in various roles, predominantly in remote and leadership positions. Currently an independent contractor at Chapel of the Flowers since October 2019, Calciu focuses on developing new features and fixing legacy code for the wedding planner platform LittleChapel.com. Prior to this role, Calciu served as Head of Software Development at SWARCO, where work involved managing a parking management solution. Technical leadership was demonstrated at Pentalog and Acrelec Software, contributing to significant projects for major clients such as Natixis and fast-food giants. Initial experiences included developing a kiosk solution for CS Vision and working as a junior developer at FASMA on banking applications. Calciu holds degrees from Academia de Studii Economice din București and the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
