Philip Southwell BA FCA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate and investment banking. Since January 2015, Philip has served as a Partner at Chapel Hill Denham and as Investment Committee Chair for the Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund, overseeing a listed local currency infrastructure debt fund. Philip is also the Chairman and Founder of Axius Capital, a position held since 2013. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at Exotix, and President for the Middle East & North Africa Region at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. With a career starting at Touche Ross, Philip has held various leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and has a strong educational background with a BA from Durham University and FCA qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
