Before joining the team at Amazon, Brian was a Principal Sales Engineer at EnterpriseDB from March 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they provided expert architectural and technical guidance in the use of EnterpriseDB’s products, services, and support to meet evolving customer business requirements. Brian was also responsible for orchestrating technical discussions at all levels and in all departments of the customer's organization to support the adoption and use of Postgres and EnterpriseDB products and support.
Brian is known for their ability to manage and strengthen technical relationships in an advisory capacity to major accounts, ensuring customer awareness of the latest product capabilities and important enhancements for consideration in the product roadmap. Brian is also a key contributor on the pursuit team that doubled public sector revenue in a single year and matched that annual revenue in just the 1st quarter of the following year. Brian's outstanding technical support has justified many clients' investments in EnterpriseDB standards and resulted in significant cost savings and ROI over the prior standard.
