Michael McCullough is an experienced executive in church leadership and sales management, currently serving as the Executive Pastor at Chantilly Bible Church since November 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held positions such as Director of Midwest Sales at iDonate and various leadership roles at RightNow Media, where significant achievements included leading teams to establish partnerships with major churches and generating substantial annual revenue. Michael's diverse experience spans from consulting at Mercy Church to church planting at Redeemer Church, alongside early roles in program direction and marketing. Michael holds a Master's degree in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University.
