Helen Richards is currently the Director of Airtime Management at Paramount since April 2017. Prior to this role, Helen held positions as Head of Airtime Management and Airtime Management Manager. Helen also has previous experience at Sky from August 2007 to November 2016, where Helen worked as a Commercial Operations Manager, Commercial Operations Executive, and Commercial Operations Assistant. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and English Studies from the University of East Anglia and completed a TV Masters program at Thinkbox in 2021. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated strong skills in managing airtime revenue performance, reporting to senior management, and collaborating with various teams to ensure commercial opportunities are identified.
