Roshan Alex is an experienced Broadcast System Engineer currently working at Channel 4 since October 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve complex technical issues and liaising with key vendors for user-friendly solutions. Previously, Roshan served as a Broadcast IT Engineer at IMG Media, providing support for Storage, MAM, and Tape Library systems while managing upgrades and migrations. Additionally, at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Roshan worked as an Onboarding and Production Engineer, overseeing client onboarding for QC and file delivery. Earlier roles include Broadcast Engineer at ABS Broadcast, focusing on the installation and maintenance of various broadcasting systems, and Software Implementation Engineer at ZingHR, which involved onboarding customers to the ESS platform. Roshan holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology Management and Organizational Change from Lancaster University and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
