Lewis Hayes is a Test Analyst at Channel 4 since August 2022, where responsibilities include creating test cases and suites, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing within an Agile environment. In this role, Lewis is involved in testing new internal systems and improvements for various teams, managing relationships with project stakeholders. Prior to this position, Lewis completed a Software Tester apprenticeship at The Royal Household and worked as a Coffee Shop Attendant. Lewis holds A-Levels in Business, Media, and IT from The Windsor Boys School, completed in 2022.
