Charlotte Conquest has a wide range of work experience in the field of directing, with a focus on film, television, and theatre. Charlotte has held roles as a Television Director at Channel 4 since 2022, and they have also worked as a Film, Television, and Theatre Director on a self-employed basis since 1995. Additionally, Charlotte has served as an Associate Director at Creation Theatre Company since 2010, a Director on various productions at Guildford Shakespeare Company since 2012, and a Theatre Director at The Electric Theatre since 2021. Charlotte has also held positions as a Theatre Director at Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in 2018, an Associate Director at Global Creatures from 2016 to 2017, a Director at Hampstead Theatre in 2004, and a Staff Director for Sir Trevor Nunn at the National Theatre from 2001 to 2002. Furthermore, Charlotte worked as a Television Director at the BBC from 2001 to 2002.

Charlotte Conquest attended Middlesex University from 1991 to 1994. Charlotte graduated with a 1st Class Honors degree in Performing Arts.
