Ade Rawcliffe is a seasoned professional in the field of diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Group Director of Diversity and Inclusion at ITV since September 2017. Ade has also held the position of Head of Diversity within ITV Commissioning. Prior to joining ITV, Ade spent over six years at Channel 4, where roles included Media Project Manager and Creative Diversity Manager, contributing significantly to creative diversity initiatives.
