Adrian Hebig is currently the COO at Channel Partners Capital. Prior to that, they were the National Sales Manager at Wells Fargo from May 2014 to June 2018. In that role, they were responsible for leading the Wells Fargo Vendor Financial Services Middle Market sales team that develops customized equipment finance programs designed to enhance sales and revenue for manufacturers, vendors, distributors and captives.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Adrian was the Senior Vice President, Healthcare Financing at Optum Financial Services from July 2011 to April 2014. In that role, they were responsible for start-up strategy and product development designed to deploy Optum Bank’s HSA deposit base through commercial lending products that support health care providers across the UnitedHealth Group and Optum footprint. Adrian also developed and executed a comprehensive strategic commercial lending plan designed to reach $1.5 billion in loan balances within 5 years.
Adrian has a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans to create product awareness, brand recognition and market penetration for real estate, working capital and equipment loans. Adrian has also successfully designed, managed and executed sales structure, incentive plans, recruiting strategy and on-boarding activities for regional sales managers in support of the direct lending product launch. Under their leadership, the sales team generated a prospect pipeline of 40+ transactions and over $80 million in under 6 months.
Adrian Hebig has a Bachelor of Science in Management & Coaching Certification from Southwest Minnesota State University.
