Michelle Lynch has worked for six companies since 2015. Michelle began their career at SAP, where they held four roles: Cooperative Learning Programme, Recruitment Assistant, Presales Engineer, and Support Engineer. In 2015, they also volunteered as a Peer Assisted Learning Leader at NUI Galway. In 2017, they became a Production Management Analyst at MetLife. In 2018, they worked as a Quality Information Systems Specialist at HCI. In 2020, they were a Product Implementation Manager at EssentialSkillz. Most recently, they have been a Business Analyst at Channel Mechanics since 2022.

Michelle Lynch has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Galway, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Michelle also holds four certifications: Certified Channel Manager from Chanimal (obtained in March 2022), SAP Knowledge Management Engineer (obtained in August 2015), SAP Work Instructions in Product Support - Incident Handling (obtained in June 2015), and SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA (Edition 2016) (obtained in June 2015). Currently, they are pursuing a Professional Diploma in UX Design, which they began in 2022.
