Joe Dickmann serves as the Team Lead for Southern Europe at Channable, overseeing Technical Customer Support teams for France, Iberia, and Italy since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joe was involved in academia as an English Instructor at Sorbonne Université and an English Lecturer at Université Paris Descartes, where specialized English courses in science and technology were taught. Joe also has experience in client research and technology at Inventables and held various administrative and outreach roles in organizations such as Prudential Capital Group and Equality Forum. Joe holds a Master of Science in Global Urban Transformations from Utrecht University and a Master of Science in Education from Sorbonne, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and French from the University of Notre Dame.
