Lauren Kane Zamkow has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Summer Intern at Lacoste. Lauren then worked as a Research Assistant at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in 2007. In 2008, they joined Teach For America as an Operations Coordinator, later becoming an Associate in Individual Giving and then a Manager of Events.
In 2012, Lauren moved on to charity: water as a Special Events Project Manager. Lauren then worked as a Freelance Producer at Invisible North in 2015.
Since 2015, Lauren has been employed at Changing Our World, initially as a Director of Fundraising & Corporate Social Engagement, and then as a Senior Director. In 2017, they also became a Partner at ONE HUNDRED Agency, a multidisciplinary nonprofit agency focused on strategic planning, branding, marketing, and more. Currently, Lauren holds the position of Senior Managing Director at Changing Our World.
Lauren Kane Zamkow completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs at The George Washington University, specializing in Regional studies with a focus on Europe/Eurasia. During their time at the university, they also studied Comparative Political, Social, and Economic Systems. This educational journey took place from 2004 to 2008.
