Leanne Harper is an experienced professional in the field of social care, currently serving as a Service Manager and Women’s Specialist Criminal Justice Practitioner at Changing Lives since June 2018. In this role, Leanne assists participants in identifying their needs using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach to reduce reoffending. Previous positions include Senior Project Worker and Project Worker at Changing Lives, where Leanne focused on frontline services, staff management, and support for vulnerable women at risk of sexual exploitation. Prior to this, Leanne worked as a Project Support Worker at Wolverhampton Voluntary Sector Council from October 2008 to June 2018. Leanne has pursued extensive education, including a Level 5 CMI Apprenticeship in Operation and Departmental Management and various qualifications in health and social care and project management.
