Kevin Seed is an experienced professional with a strong background in performance and quality management. Since August 2021, Kevin has served as the Quality & Performance Manager at Changing Lives. Prior to this role, Kevin held several significant positions, including Performance & Quality Manager at the Northern Inclusion Consortium from September 2016 to August 2021, and at DISC from April 2015 to August 2016. Kevin began a career in quality management at North Yorkshire Probation Service, working as the Performance & Quality Area Manager from December 2005 to March 2015. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Nordic from February 1999 to December 2005 and as Business Banking Manager at Yorkshire Bank from July 1980 to February 1999. Kevin's educational background includes attending Avenue Comprehensive School in Newton Aycliffe from 1976 to 1980.
