Michael Service is currently the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at ChangeMakers, a position held since October 2024, where responsibilities include collaborating with account teams and clients to create impactful branding and educational materials grounded in scientific principles. Prior to this, Michael served at Brightworks Interactive Marketing from June 2012 to February 2023, progressing from Senior Healthcare Content Strategist to Vice President of Healthcare Strategy, focusing on effective customer engagement and brand storytelling. Earlier experience includes a tenure as President of Copy Doc from March 2007 to May 2012. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
