Jami Crespo is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Attorney at ChangeLab Solutions since September 2022. Previously, Jami held the position of Policy Analyst at Public Health Madison and Dane County from September 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included providing strategic direction to coalitions aimed at addressing black infant mortality and behavioral health inequities, conducting policy research, and developing training programs on advocacy. Jami's prior experience includes roles as a Benefits Policy Analyst at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Boardman & Clark LLP, and internships with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
