Elizabeth Olson has extensive experience in policy analysis, research, and program evaluation in various organizations and institutions. Elizabeth has a strong background in economic security, workforce development, and social policy affecting marginalized communities. With a focus on feminist theory, queer theory, critical race theory, and public policy, Elizabeth's work has centered on supporting low-income families, communities of color, women, and LGBTQ individuals. Elizabeth also has experience in advocacy, volunteer coordination, and trauma-informed case management for survivors of intimate partner violence. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
