Alex Deans is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in improving internal processes and managing administrative functions across multiple organizations. Currently, as Operations Manager at ChangeLab Solutions since August 2018, Alex oversees operational planning while reporting to the Chief of Staff. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Action Property Management, where responsibility involved managing Front of House staff, and a history at Claremont Club & Spa, where Alex served in various capacities, ultimately as Assistant Front Office Manager. Additionally, Alex has experience as a Trip Leader at Backroads and has held various positions in environmental conservation and education, including significant roles within the Peace Corps and Youth Conservation Corps. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in English and International Studies from the University of Denver.
