Magnus Marjapuu started working at Change in September 2022 as an Accountant. Prior to that, they worked at ABB from September 2021 to July 2022 as a Senior Finance Specialist. Before their role as a Senior Finance Specialist, they held the position of Finance Specialist at ABB from June 2019 to March 2020. Magnus also worked as a Finance Specialist at ABB from March 2020 to September 2020.

Magnus Marjapuu pursued their education in an organized and focused manner. Magnus began their academic journey in 2014, enrolling in Rakvere Reaalgümnaasium, where they completed their high school education in Economics in 2017.

Afterwards, Magnus Marjapuu advanced their academic pursuits by attending Nottingham Trent University from 2017 to 2021. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a focus on Accounting & Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Magnus Marjapuu has also obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. These certifications include "The Complete SQL Bootcamp: Go from Zero to Hero" from Udemy, earned in January 2023, "Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation" from ABB, earned in October 2021, "Managing Your Personal Finances" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, both obtained in January 2021, and "Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification" from ABB, achieved in October 2020.
