Char James currently serves as the Employment Partnerships Manager and Key Account Manager at Change Please since August 2023. Prior to this position, Char held the role of Community Associate at WeWork from November 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included fostering an inclusive environment and addressing member inquiries. Char holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Musical Theatre from Bath Spa University (2017-2021) and an Extended Diploma in Performing Arts from Weston College (2015-2017).
