Kevin McCarthy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational and human development. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Associate at ChangeRx since 2004, Kevin McCarthy focuses on combining insight with execution through a team of leading business school faculty. In addition, Kevin McCarthy serves as a Consultant at Upstart Logic, an Executive Coach at Mobius Executive Leadership, and a Facilitator at the American Leadership Forum, all since 2015 or earlier. Kevin McCarthy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, as well as a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education from the University of Southern California.
