Freda Chan is a dedicated consultant at the Change and Innovation Agency since 2013, contributing extensive on-site experience across various HHS Offices in multiple states. Previously, Freda served as President of Philanthropy360 from 2009 to 2014, supporting nonprofit programs focused on children's physical fitness, literacy, and performing arts. As Executive Director of the Mardy Fish Foundation from 2011 to 2013, Freda further demonstrated commitment to community service.
